CROSS-fit #24 Life must go on

Stumbled and fell?
Get Up.
Something so instinctive isn't it? But I guess life isn't so kind at times.
You may fall so hard, getting up may seem way too much of a tall order.

Mid way a tough thruster, mid way the heavy backsquat.
It really is tough to overcome the inertia to get up isn't it? It really is a tall order to simply stand up...
Sometimes it requires every ounce of strength and fiber from your head all the way to your gut.
Or maybe it's the prowler.
Pushing it one step at a time and man, your legs start seizing up, your body begins to fail you and well...
You just fall, your stabilizers have failed you.

But get up, get up, get up.
Don't let one fall take you out.

Your best days are ahead of you - Pst Phil

The rest at the end of the push, the breathe and the full extension of the Squat.
It's a whole lot sweeter.
It makes a World of a difference.
Between a new PR and a failed attempt.
Between walking with your head held high or you thinking that you could've just given it more.

So don't stay down, don't stay on your fours, get up on your feet.
Don't lie with your back against the floor, roll over and lunge yourself up.
Time and time again...
