CROSS-fit #21 Too easy

70 ring dips for time?
Thats all for the WOD?? I'm sure anyone can do that, even someone not trained in crossfit.
Ever had such a situation? Where easy was handed to you.
It seems real easy, on the outside... The moment it begins, it's a whole different story.

Don't get ahead of yourself too quickly.
Cause that's when your downfall begins, do the WOD as prescribed. Don't get cocky.
Don't try to handle everyone's burden when you can't even handle your own.
Cause you'll never know what your situation can do to you, may seem easy on the outside but...
Man, it packs a whole lot of pain on the inside...


Watch yourself, pace yourself and have a great attitude towards it.
(Even if it really is easy, do it the best that you can).
You can't be the caretaker of the whole World, nobody expects you to be that.
Of course if people all say you should and even the 'Coach' encourages it, go ahead...
But, don't do that 'extra' needlessly, cause with it, your full potential may not be discovered.
