CROSS-fit #15 Trigger Point

Everyone has that soft point, where the sore comes in. It differs from person to person.
It's what we call, the trigger point.
Personally, it's right smack at the shoulders and some point near the hip area.
Squeezing it or applying pressure will cause IMMENSE pain but the effect is long lasting and the good stuff comes in.
For others, it may be the area near the back, hamstring or some other place.
Either way, it's really important to find that trigger point and apply pressure to it.

Of course it hurts, of course it'll be alot of endurance but the benefits reaped are much greater.
Squeezing those trigger points cause people to lose their mind at times, cause the pain may really be too much to bear.
 Sometimes you just need someone to hold you down, telling you that it's for your own good.


Or simply count down the seconds with you...
So what's YOUR trigger point?

Greed? Lust? Laziness? Or simply the compulsion to lie?
Squeeze it, get them knots out, cause from then on, your body becomes stronger...
Your body becomes healthier and yupp, that's when the fun part begins.
