Entering the Court, I could feel the tension in all of my fellow players, managed to follow the school team bus, and while the team people were warming up, one by one. So many lay-ups missed. I could feel something is wrong. Was it because they were nervous? I hoped not. It would cost us dearly if there was any form of self-doubt in the players. Game began, Tip-off, and Off we went!!! Or should i say to the back we go!! They got the 1st posession and made a lay-up. That moment on many of us knew it was going to be a hard game, but we still kept playing as hard as we could nontheless. Slowly but surely they began to lead us. 5-8-14-20. Coach then called a time out, but it wasn't of much use, in fact we began losing even more. Many of our Star players weren't really performing. by the time 4th quarter came we were still losing by 20. For many of us, all hope was lost. However, for those on the court, they fept shooting,kept defending, kept giving their all. Game ends in a loss. We couldn't catch up losing by 20. Its over...Maris Stella Basketball for some of us ended last month, but now same situation is happening. Not for me but for the sec 4s. Although we could not escape from the fact we lost. We still lifted our heads high!! =)
After Watching we rushed down for X-Country!!! Well did well. Strange thing is last year i really did my best ang got 80 plus position. But this year i didn't really go all out for it but got 73rd placing. Strange?? Well like what bible says, focus on God and everything else would just fall in place! Well i'm very happy for Wei Hao. Did very well!! Good Job!!
