CROSS-fit #18 Finishing

The spirit of competition, that's something which drives the Crossfit culture as well.
You compete and train with you best friends by your side.
When we do, it get's intense, everyone goes all out to catch the fastest guy around.
it's a natural reflex of athletes, it pushes you more as well.
But ever got a situation where you were right there, in the same pace with him, or even ahead of the top dog.
You were great but towards the end,

You let it go...

You gave that last few meters up to him.
You gave up on that last push and sprint towards the finish line.
You kinda gave up right at the very end.

It's probably perception.
"He's stronger, he's faster, he always wins."
"Life is harder, life is tough to me, and it always gets me down."

Even when you had things in the palm of your hands all the way,
don't let it go to the very end.
Coach K repeats it all the time.
"Run it through! Past the finish line!"
So run it through, run that business, that deal, the boy, girl or fast through.
I mean, imagine Jesus giving it up at the very end....
Finish a winner, cause you do have that potential deep inside. Always had.
