Pardon me for my absence. Apparenlty I was caught up with the business of school.
Well I've officially started studying...Seriously that is.
Reality came smack down during the PTM when Ms Lee said "6 weeks".
I'm freaked. Seriously. Yeah. PW is getting more intense.
Everything is so messed up in the busy sense recently.
I wanna sleep. I'm falling sick i think.
Superman is dying. Apparently.
I'm gonna rest now. No mood to blog now.
Only thing worth looking forward to is FOP, And 7 aug.

The day has been exhausting!!
Ok considering I actually slept at 2 cause of some dumb reason...
Think i'm pretty well off today.
It was SUPPOSED to be the start of my mugging day.
Well think not. The day happened to be fun. CUZ!!
It's RACIAL HARMONY DAY! Everyone was wearing funny costumes and stuff.
Went around greeting people with "Asa Malekum".
Kinda a malay way of saying Hello.

Oh and I kind of slept through all lessons except chinese surprisingly.
Did some weird chinese compo which I have totally no confidence in passing.
Was coming up with weird ideas while chuck tried to be lame all the way.
So yeah... Maths was kind of a waste cuz i confirm FAIL FA.
Well so much for getting abck into the mood of studying.

Though we did do a lil bit of studying after eating Macs.
The family studied till around 8 then we heard someone saying "HEY DEMONDS"
Instantly, we knew it was Van.
After that we literally wasted time away by talking talking talking.
Bleh...anyway I'll attempt to do my extremely overdue EOM.

Oh...And We were all pleasently impressed with this article in the news.
It was all smiles for the whole team...heh.

The finals...

I always thought and really precieved the most fun time of school to be the finale night of orientation. I really did...
Till I experienced National Track and Field finals...
Little did I know it would be a BLAST! like seriously.
Started out with us Ponning school at 11 to support them.
Well Its finals...come on...its the last day to pon.
Well thereafter we reached and had to wait, realising that there were banners EVERYWHERE!
We went to fix up our banner at the cozy 100m start.
.
When the races started, it wasn't all about cheering for your school.
It was kind of witnessing the best of the athletics in Singapore.
Well we were amazed by the 100m runs. Awesome.
When our events started, which was the 800 A girls. They were all so pumped up!!!
Qing Ying, Van and Faye ran. Not to surprise, Van was 3rd and faye 4th.
Then things started to heat up with 1500 A guys.
Well Daryl and Bren din screw the race up, but they did pace JJ.
JJ hit like 5th?? which was really good.
.
Then came the much awaited 4x100m A girls.
We were hoping and struggling so much to win at least a bronze.
I was videoing the race for Daryl. SO when the race started all was well.
Feline ate 2 others. Then I realised, both faye and feline were on the ground.
Apparently they both fell.
A moment of stun and shock was upon all of us.
I just froze a while to be extremely worried.
Immediately after the race, i stopped videoing and rushed down to find Feline myself.
Then i met weixin, the Leo, then bumped into shiming, then the J2 girls.
Apparently, it was unanimous, without any instruction or coordination.
We all just came down in concern.
Well. we didn't win. Sadly, but we were fueled to conquer 4x4oo A girls.

Well i went up and Leo was with me...We were both Hoping so badly that they win.
We were so anxious for them, words can't describe.
When it started, XY was like the 1st, then we knew something good was happening.
When it reached Amanda, the gap was at least 50m wide.
Divya couldn't catch. Amanda owned by at least 80m. Grabbing the Gold along with the Record.
When that happened. We were all so happy!!
Qing teared and we all literally jumped for many minutes.
Then A guys which all fought extremely hard. Really.
Despite them not really winning. It was probably one of the greatest shows of fights ever.

After both races, Me and Angie rushed down to congratulate them to realise the whole ODAC team is there along with many councillors. It was amazing.
Then it was prize presentation where all of us gathered before the VIP.
It was a celeration of not just winning or losing, but of sportsmanship and life.
We all cheered for our 4 by 4 team which did real well. Bro Paul came down. Many Pe teachers came down. SO proud of all of them.
When the ceremony ended we started taking MANY pics. Like MANY!
Then came the emo part where we realised we won't train together anymore.
Now that sux...really....
I dun wan them to leave. Its too early...
Gonna miss Leo the most i think...he's been helping me so much..
It was so well... sad that many cried. I really didn't want them to leave...
I realised that track wasn't about the medal. Though it plays a part,
But it's about well...CJC...US....

last 3 days of rest

So its the final 3 days of proper relaxation before we really start mugging.
Yesterday we went to celebrate Feline's birthday. Which was really cool.
HAHA!! We went around finding presents and stuff...
AHHH!!! lazy to describe, but yeah. We went to do some random stuff also.
Lionel took a neoprint for the 1st time in VERY LONG...haha!
Watched pirates also. WHich was amazingly a nice show, just that the ending is a cliff-hanger.
We wetn to play pool and totally wasted our money cause we spent 1 hour playing 3 games.
Thats like....totally noob...like....MAN!

Well today once again, didn't come to school in the morn.
Felt I didn't really miss much, but went to a big race.
Amanda and Feline 400 finals....
They both ran their hearts out. ANd yeah....they both did really well.
Amanda fought till the end...Really proud of her...Like proud to be called a CJCian cuz of her.
Well, AManda got 2nd while taking the record down.
Divya hit 1st. Amazing....Feline did well too...
good shot man...THink this time we see what it means to be a team man...
The good AND the bad....i'm actually kinda happy to be in here.

Went back to school for only 2 lessons, slept in PW cause nothing to do with my group.
Only lesson I attended was MAths. BORING!!
Well after that headed to bishan for training. One last training with J2.
In the end, coach din really care about us cuz we had no more events.
So basically went there to talk.
I spent like 1 hour stretching, did 1x100 and thats it...
Feels so relaxing...haha!

Well I'm so going to miss the J2s.
Was talking to Qing.
And we realised, its so going to be very different.

WOW! Yesterday was perhaps the most happening day in a long while.
It started with practically the whole track team heading down to CCK to support the 800 guys and 200 girls. Well, we kind of weren't allowed. SO we had to pon school. =p
My very first time ponning school. Kinda interesting, But it's SO WORTH IT!
The first run was 800m A guys, we went there to wish JJ and Daryl.
Think they were kinda shocked to see that we were all there and supporting him.
When race started according to ariola, the pace of everyone was just right.
Cause it was JJ's pace they were running at.
Surprisingly, the 1st round ended with him being in the middle.
Well last round he caught up!!!! We all shouted and cheered till we jumped and jumped.
We kept shouting pulling other ppl and YES!!!!!!!
JJ Hit 2nd with his hands swinging a swing of joy!
We were all so happy for him man...It's our 1st guy win in a long time.
And he must be so wanting it for very very long...

Next was Amanda's run. SHe was kinda nervous u can tell.
Well think she was VERY tired.
SHe's been running for 5 days straight with all the races.
But we kept cheering her on!!!
AND SHE GOT 1st! Ok nothing really surprising. But ya...Happy for her too!!! =)
Well we shouted so much we kind of lost our voices.
Yeah, and we were so happy we kinda celebrated and actually reached school only at 1.
Which i had only 1 lecture left. Bleh...
.
DIdn't really want to train today cause Leo wanted to gym.
SO yeah, was stoning in school, thinking of going for the guitar concert.
Well eventually i did cause Victor was given a free ticket.
Thats amazing man.
So we were expecting a good show or at least an entertaining one.
It became a SAD CASE ONE!
There were only like 3 nice performances.
Thats it. Think i wasted my money and time.
Well, at least there was air-con. =p.

Yeah, today was Oral!!!! chinese oral that is.
Well. one word describes it all...
That is "SCREWED".
Well firstly, I was SO tired for dunno what reason and had to wait 1 and a half hours.
SO what better way to past the time than to SLEEP!!
SO i slept...for the whole 1.5 hours.
It was SO comfortable, classmates were practically saying
"Sleep enough already ar?"
After that went to practice reading, which seemed kinda easy.
Then when i reached there, I started to feel SUPER nervous.
YEah...and the teacher told me to read softer cause apparently I was shouting.
SO I totally messed up the whole passage though it was better compared to the mock oral in class.
Next was the convo. Which was....WRONG!
She asked something about "Yi Gong" (volunteer work)
Well i didn't hear the "Yi" cause I was so nervous, I only heard "gong" (work)
SO yeah. I started and the teacher stopped me and said.
"Shi Yi Gong, bu Shi Gong, You know...volunteer work"
Die man.....

At least a plus point for today was that I got an A for physics.
And my chinese plused 3 marks making it 40 and thus an S instead of an F.

I'm so screwed for PW as well. I'm thinking what on earth is wrong!?!?

After all the many competitions (actually it only been 2 days)
It's good to be back in lessons again.
Like staying for the whole day.
Well I realised I've missed on a whole lotta things.
I'm totally lost and blur during lessons. Oh well...
ANyway!!! Got back a few results today....
well friday got back history which i passed....EXTREMELY HAPPY!!! 27/50.
I'm so amazed...like...i dunno how....
Ok first for today was chinese. Well I failed, thats reality.
I got an F!!!!!! now that was beyond belief....I've never gotten an F before.
Oh man!!!! I got DESTROYED!!!!
I got pawned bad bad.....
like PAWNED!!!!
Well I so wanted at least an E!?!?!?
BUT NO!!!! she had to give me an F....AHHHH!!!
Well next is Maths which did kinda nicely....68...
WHen I seriously thought i'll flunk it...like really...I left the exam hall thinking it was the worst paper in the whole mid years.
Next was GEEEPEEE....Scraped through with 51.5. PHEW!
THen econs with 63.
HAven't got back phy today though.

Ok. It's a fact...my practical screwed up real badly today.
The strings were all so annoying...

I love winning, well everybody does.
Heh...well today was the 4x100.
It was a little sad case cause well, the baton dropped at the last runner.
Hmmm....well what to do...
Its a little sad that it happened.
But nontheless, failure is never fatal.
It just tells us to try harder, its never negative.
We may have to either work harder or change the way we do things.
Hopefully we can clinche something next year.

On a positive note. I PASSED HISTORY!!!
I dunno how and why, but really thank God.
I realise in the midst of the "why does these things have to happen",
its always good to know that people are still positive about this.
Maybe to explain the "Shit Happens" theory by Qing Ying.

To test us, to teach us, to allow us to grow inside and to show us something more than winning.
When Baey dropped the Baton, we didn't just see defeat, we saw compassion.

From what Angie said, this year was a rather 'bad' year for CJC track team.
When 'shit' happens, causing failures and defeats.
But hey man. Proclaiming the fact that it "STOPS NOW".
Its rather good. and the outcomes of failures were rather amazing.
Heh...As I entered class.
I felt really touched in a way.
Everyone immediately showed concern for my spasms.
I'm amazed and glad to know that Maybe there is hope after all...=)

I realised I'm surrounded by people who really care.
Shi Ming, Feline, XY they all really did help.
My class surprisingly showed lotsa concern. THough I didn't reply them.
Well they're all really caring.
I may have lost...

Well this has been a tormenting and awesome 2 months plus of insane trainings and hard work.

Well its here, or rather, it's tomorrow in about 12 hours time. Its My race.

Well I just watched Superman, and it was awesome, If i could just be a Superman.

I won't have to fear, or be scared.

So I have spasms from time to time.

Yesterday someone poked me with 9 needles and ran electricity through it.

Kept talking to me, so much so I didn't realise those needles were in me.

Well physicians are strange, and somehow the whole place stinks.

Shucks, Friday is race day. Missing school in the morning which seriously kinda sucks.
